Community Guidelines

The following have no place on LoveUIDo and result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, reports to authorities:

• child sexual exploitation or abuse in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• sexual violence or content depicting or promoting it;
• non-consensual intimate content of any person;
• human trafficking, sex trafficking, or sexual exploitation of any kind, including commercial sexual services or compensated arrangements;
• sexually explicit profile content;
• scams, fraud, or any activity intended to deceive or defraud members.

• You must be 18 or over. LoveUIDo is an adults-only service. We collect and check date of birth at sign-up, and any account we believe belongs to someone under 18 is removed immediately.
• No minors in any context — no content that depicts, describes, sexualises, or solicits anyone under 18, and no photos of children on a dating profile.
• Don't create an account on someone else's behalf, and don't share your account with anyone.

• Use your real identity and age. No fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing, or pretending to be someone you're not — including using another person's name, photos, or life story.
• Use recent, genuine photos of yourself. No images of other people, celebrities, or stock photos.
• Photos must be appropriate for a public profile — no nudity or sexually explicit content. Every uploaded photo is checked automatically; borderline images are held for human review before they become visible.
• Profile text is checked too. Names and bios that break these Guidelines are held for review before they go live.
• One account per person.

• Treat others with basic decency. No harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking — on the platform or after you connect off it.
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• No unsolicited sexual content, and no sexual content involving anyone who hasn't consented.

• Consent is required at all times and can be withdrawn at any time. Respect boundaries and never assume.
• Never share private information or intimate images of another person without their clear consent.

• Nothing illegal, and nothing that promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
• Absolutely no content that sexualises, endangers, or involves minors. This results in an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
• No promotion of self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or violence.
• No weapons, drugs, or other illegal goods.

• No commercial solicitation and no paid arrangements. LoveUIDo is not for sex work, escorting, "sugar" or allowance arrangements, subscription-content promotion, or any offer of companionship, dates, or intimacy in exchange for money, gifts, or anything of value.
• Don't ask other users for money, financial help, or banking details, and don't send anyone money you've met here.
• No fraud of any kind — romance scams, fake identities, impersonating a real person or organisation, investment or crypto pitches, or phishing for personal or financial information.
• No advertising, promotion, soliciting, or recruiting.
• No links to external sites for commercial or harmful purposes.

• Human trafficking and sex trafficking are absolutely prohibited. Advertising, recruiting, arranging, or facilitating commercial sexual activity — for yourself or anyone else — results in immediate permanent removal and a report to the authorities.
• Accounts must be operated by the person they represent. No account may be run by a manager, agent, or anyone else on another person's behalf.
• If you believe someone here is being controlled, coerced, or held against their will, report them using "Trafficking, coercion, or someone being controlled". We review those reports first, and we protect the person at risk rather than penalise them.
• If you are in danger in the US, call 911. The National Human Trafficking Hotline is 1-888-373-7888, available 24/7, or text 233733.

• Don't scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or use bots against the Service or other users' information.
• Don't try to manipulate matching or abuse Aisa.
• Don't file false or malicious reports.

If something makes you uncomfortable or unsafe, block and report the user from the match or chat. We review reports using human moderators and automated systems, and we won't reveal who reported whom. If you're in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

Depending on what we find, we may dismiss the report, send a safety notice, remove the content, suspend the account from matching and messaging, or permanently remove it.

If we take action against your account or your content, you can appeal within six months by replying in your in-app support thread — where the notice and reason are posted — or by emailing support@loveuido.app from the address on your account. Appeals are reviewed by a team member who did not make the original decision. We aim to acknowledge an appeal within 2 business days and resolve it within 7 days.

If the appeal succeeds, the suspension is lifted and any content removed in error is restored. If it's denied, we'll explain the policy basis by email and the action stands; we'll take one further look only if you have substantive new evidence.

Some removals are final and not eligible for reinstatement: confirmed child safety cases, trafficking or coercion, and confirmed non-consensual intimate imagery. In those cases we preserve evidence and report to the appropriate authorities.
