Reporting a concern (for members)
If you encounter behavior that may involve illegal activity — threats, fraud, exploitation, or anything involving a minor — use the Report option on any profile or conversation (a Block option is included). Reports automatically include the relevant conversation context; add any detail you can. You can also email legal@loveuido.app. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the U.S.) first. Every report is reviewed by a human member of our team, and your identity is never shared with the person you reported.
How we escalate
Reports and automated safety flags are reviewed daily. Where a report indicates a possible crime, we suspend the account, preserve the relevant records, and refer the matter through official channels: suspected child exploitation is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline, and cases involving an identifiable victim or imminent risk are referred directly to law enforcement.
For law enforcement
We disclose member records only in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or search warrant), served to legal@loveuido.app. Requests must be on official letterhead and identify the requesting agency and officer, the member concerned (email, phone, or user ID), the records sought, and the legal basis.
We honor valid preservation requests for 90 days, renewable. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent death or serious physical injury, we may disclose limited information without legal process, consistent with applicable law.
Requests from agencies outside the United States must follow applicable international legal process.
