Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LoveUIDo ("LoveUIDo", "we", "us") governing your use of our website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use LoveUIDo. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or over. We monitor for underage use and may suspend or close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18. We may also require you to verify your identity, age, or a valid phone number at any time, and you may lose access if you do not complete verification.

LoveUIDo is a relationship and dating platform featuring Aisa, your AI relationship concierge. Aisa helps you reflect on yourself and your relationships, builds a private profile, and uses it — together with automated systems — to suggest and explain potential matches.

Aisa is not a therapist, counselor, doctor, or other professional, and provides no medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Her approach is informed by relationship research, but she is an AI tool for self-reflection, not professional care. AI responses can be wrong or incomplete — use your own judgment and seek qualified professionals for important decisions. If you are in crisis or feel unsafe, contact emergency services or the support resources we signpost in the Service.

To provide Aisa, parts of your conversations and profile are processed by third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Matches are suggestions generated from your profile and our compatibility process and shown only when both people express interest — you always choose whether to connect. We do not guarantee that any match will be compatible, that any relationship will result, or that Aisa's reflections or "why you fit" notes are accurate or complete. Because a match requires your own decision, it is not a solely-automated decision about you.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account or use anyone else's. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and not to:

• impersonate anyone, create fake profiles, or misrepresent your identity, age, or background;
• harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or harm other users;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, or to solicit money, spam, or advertise to other users;
• upload or share content that is illegal, harmful to minors, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, infringing, deceptive, that shows another person without their consent, or that contains malware;
• disclose another person's private information without consent;
• use the Service if you are a registered sex offender or are barred by law from such platforms;
• scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or use bots to access or copy the Service, other users' information, or Aisa's outputs, except through interfaces we provide;
• abuse, overload, or resell access to Aisa or the Service.

We use a mix of automated systems and human review to enforce these Terms. We may warn, suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, including for conduct outside the Service (for example on dates or by message) where we become aware of harmful or unlawful behavior, as if it had occurred on the platform.

You keep ownership of the content you provide — photos, messages, and information you share with Aisa. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including building your profile and generating matches. You confirm you have all rights needed to share any content and images you upload. We have no obligation to store your content; keep your own copies of anything important.

We own the Service, including Aisa and its outputs as presented in the Service, and grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for its intended purpose only.

You can block or report another user at any time, including from within a match or chat. We will not tell a reported user who reported them. If we take action against your account or content, you may appeal within six months by replying in your in-app support thread, where the notice and reason are posted, or by emailing support@loveuido.app from the address on your account.

Appeals are reviewed by a team member who did not make the original decision. We aim to acknowledge an appeal within 2 business days and resolve it within 7 days. If the appeal succeeds, the suspension is lifted and content removed in error is restored. If it is denied, we will explain the policy basis and the action stands, unless you provide substantive new evidence, in which case one further review may be requested.

Confirmed child safety cases, trafficking or coercion, and confirmed non-consensual intimate imagery are not eligible for reinstatement. In those cases we preserve evidence and report to the appropriate authorities.

We do not conduct criminal background checks or fully verify the identity of users, and we do not vet matches beyond our compatibility process. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people, online and offline. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user and cannot guarantee any user's identity, behavior, or intentions. Take sensible precautions when meeting anyone: meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release LoveUIDo from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your interactions with, or the conduct of, other users.

Some features require a paid subscription. Membership is $17 per month or $144 per year (about 30% less), billed in advance. See our pricing page for current details. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price until you cancel. We will give notice before any price change and a chance to cancel. If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing, effective at the end of the current billing period; deleting your account does not by itself cancel billing. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Outside any cooling-off period required by your local law, charges are generally non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial periods or renewals, except where the law requires. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@loveuido.app.

We may offer free access to parts of the Service for a limited time. Free access may include a small number of curated promotional offers from partners — for example concierge travel or singles events — selected using only your city, age range, and membership status. If you opt in to personalized suggestions, we additionally use limited lifestyle information from your profile (never your conversations with Aisa and never the emotional content of your love profile) to curate suggestions for you; you can opt out at any time in Settings. Partner products, trips, and events are provided by the partners themselves; we are not responsible for them, and showing an offer is not an endorsement or guarantee.

Matching uses your approximate location; you control location permissions on your device, but some matching features won't work without it. You consent to receive communications from us electronically — service emails and in-app notices, and, where you opt in, push notifications and marketing — and agree these satisfy any requirement to be in writing. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or the conduct of other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

You agree to indemnify and hold LoveUIDo harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights. This does not require you to indemnify us for our own fraud or unlawful acts.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines, or to protect users or the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and access to your content may be removed; relevant Privacy Policy retention/deletion terms apply. Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines) are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements and we are not responsible for them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
